Hello there!

A bit about us, Nice and Clean Services are professional chimney sweep covering all West Kent, from Tenterden to Rochester, including Maidstone, Bearsted, Aylesford Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Goudhurst, Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Biddenden, Headcorn and Smarden. What does a chimney sweep cost? £70 is our standard fee.

All prices are what you pay. No hidden costs. Every sweep comes with a certificate. Paying is easy, by card, online, cheque or cash.

Standard open fire and multi fuel burners

£70

Each sweep is provided with that all important certification valid with home insurance companies. Customers are provided with ongoing support and advice throughout the year so even when we leave if you have a question or need anything just get in touch. 

Multi sweep discount

£110+

 More than 1 appliance in your property? For any chimney sweep booking with 2 or more reduces the price down to £55 per unit. 

Bird nest removal

£70+

Bird nests are tricky things. how long does it take? It all depends on the last sweep, how long it’s been built up for etc. £70 is for the first hour, 95% of nests are removed within that time.
